Moved into a home that was 30 years old. I knew it would come with some upkeep. Wondering what’s happening was the clogging of my kitchen sinks and with it being Thanksgiving weekend and guests coming, I decided to call this company and they were extremely responsive, arrived within a couple of hours, and were extremely professional! As a single mom, I also appreciated the notifications via text that included a picture and full name of the tech that was coming to the house and a half hour window of when to expect them, not the typical I’ll be there sometime in the afternoon.  They offered me options on fixes, but I wanted a more “permanent” solution and they stayed until the pipes were fully cleared using a hydro jet, which took a few hours. Payment was seamless with a mobile Credit card payment. The invoice also included the video before the clog (unsurprisingly 30 years of hard lard I found out), after the clog was cleared and a satisfactory video of watching my sinks finally drain properly, like as if I have moved into a house with brand new pipes. The drain services provided by Dan and his son were exceptional. They arrived right on time, did an thorough inspection, and confidently diagnosed the problem. From my initial call to their final recommendations to alleviate this type of problem in the future, they kept me fully updated and informed. They went out of their way to ensure that I totally understood the problem, the solution and the way forward. Tap Tech comes very highly recommended for your drain problems and, with people like Dan and his son showing up at your door, you are in very friendly, experienced and professional hands. Excellent service from Tap Tech — highly recommended!

We were extremely happy that we called Dan at Tap Tech. From the very first phone call, we had a great experience. Dan responded immediately, listened to the problem, and explained the situation clearly.

We had already called two other plumbers—one from a small company and one from a larger company—and both had tried running a snake through the pipes several times without successfully resolving the issue.

Dan explained that snaking could be only a temporary solution because the pipes were likely coated with years of grease and buildup. Instead, he recommended properly cleaning the pipes using a hydro jet. He explained the difference between simply opening a blockage and actually cleaning the pipes, and he stood behind the work with a guarantee for several months. He also explained that we would likely not have the same problem for years.

We really appreciated that approach. Rather than simply treating the symptoms temporarily, Dan focused on fixing the underlying problem properly.

Dan and his son, Bean, arrived exactly when they said they would. They were both extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They also took great care to protect our cabinets and floors with tarps and left everything extremely clean when the job was finished.

Dan also helped us with another minor plumbing issue at no additional charge, which was greatly appreciated.

It’s not often that you find a company that combines professionalism, honesty, expertise, and great customer service like this. We are very impressed with Tap Tech and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.
